Lynn Wayne Photography has been a recognized source for headshots for over 25 years. Lynn’s focus turned to headshots while living and shooting in LA. With the guidance of a talent agent and a fellow photographer, she gained invaluable knowledge of both the industry and the elements of a marketable headshot.  Several years later, wanting to expand her horizons, she moved to NYC to work with a fashion photographer. She soon discovered that capturing people’s personalities was most rewarding. Lynn opened her Boston studio in 1989, and since then she has photographed hundreds of satisfied clients. Actors, classical singers, conductors, musicians, authors, executives, and more. Lynn often arranges group shoots throughout New England, offering accessibility to those who live a distance from her Boston studio.  Traveling also provides Lynn the opportunity to capture the beauty of the natural world. With a relaxed atmosphere and a great sense of humor, Lynn Wayne sets a comfortable tone for the artist which results in a high quality photograph.

My goal is to provide a warm, engaging headshot that shows you at your best. Yet, often clients tell me they are concerned because of their discomfort in front of the camera. It’s the equivalent of sitting in the dentist’s chair! Plus it’s your calling card! I understand, it is my calling card, too. The worst part is the anticipation. I strive to make the shoot painless, relaxed, and fun. Creating a marketable headshot with the genuine sparkle in the eyes is a process that can’t be rushed.
